I figured this would be a good blog to ask this on. I know for a fact I have a less-than-average penis when compared to all these huge ones I see in porn and on this blog. When its not hard its ~3″ and when it is hard its ~5″. 1. Do girls honestly care what it is when its flaccid? And 2. Should I really be as embarrassed as I am about it?

If you’re 5” erect then you are perfectly normal. The average male penis erect size is 5”-6”. And, no, women do not care when it’s flaccid (unless it shouldn’t be flaccid at that particular time, then yeah, you have a problem on your hands).
